Concert Attire Requirements
The Lakeridge band program wears ALL BLACK for concerts and festivals. Please read below to make sure you know what to purchase for your student! If students are not wearing the correct attire they will not be allowed on stage and they will receive no points for the performance. Concert attire must be dress material… no jeans, no chains, and no colors other than the specified material. Please contact me if you need assistance in obtaining concert attire!

Each student must provide:
- Black dress shoes of your choice (NO black tennis shoes, such as Converse!)
- Black dress socks if wearing shoes that call for socks (tall, we don't want ankles or white socks!)
- Black dress slacks/pants or a dress/skirt that covers at least 3/4 of your legs
- Dress slacks/pants are preferred and recommended for all students
- If your pants have belt loops, please have a black belt, as well
- Black button up dress shirt, blouse, or other formal black top of your choice
- Shoulders should be covered, back should be covered, front should be modest
- **All jazz students must have a black button up dress shirt as they all wear blue bow-ties (bow-ties provided for them)
- Optional, but recommended: Black suit coat or blazer
- Please make sure suit coats are black and not grey or pin striped
- Optional: Black neck-tie or black bow-tie
